Should any fire door sets fall short of the standards their building insurance in the event of a fire may be invalid.
Fire Stopping Surveys
Within your building will help identify any risk areas and necessary remedial works. On completion of the survey a comprehensive report will be issued. Retrofit Fire Stopping is used on existing buildings. A responsible person will instruct engineers who will then work with the manufactures to achieve a solution which meets the requirements of all governing bodies.
Construction Phase Fire Stopping
All new public and commercial buildings, such as offices, flats and hotels require adequate fire stopping measures to be put in place at the time of construction in accordance with Building Regulations: Approved Document B.
