Aaron Guard Operative: Harron Yassir
On Monday, 14 March 2025, an individual gained unauthorised access to the Gorton Road, Manchester site by climbing over a perimeter wall into the car park. The individual then attempted to scale a palisade fence topped with barbed wire, sustaining serious injuries in the process.
The incident required an immediate response to manage the injured party, prevent further harm, and maintain safety on site until emergency services arrived.
Our Aaron Guard operative, Harron Yasir, identified the incident and responded immediately, demonstrating calm composure and strong situational awareness.
Recognising the severity of the injuries, Harron prioritised first aid, providing immediate assistance to the injured individual while ensuring the area remained safe. He remained with the individual, monitoring their condition and offering reassurance, until the compound supervisor arrived and emergency services were on scene.
Harron supported the emergency services on arrival, facilitating a clear handover and providing a full statement in line with site and reporting procedures.
This case highlights the importance of rapid first-aid capability within security roles. Aaron Guard operatives are trained not only to protect sites and assets, but to respond decisively in emergencies. The ability to deliver calm, effective first aid in unpredictable situations is a critical part of keeping people safe and reflects the high standard of professionalism we expect across our teams.
